Master Scheduler - Minnesota Facility

The Master Scheduler prepares and maintains the master production schedule to support on time customer delivery. The Master Scheduler will also work with planning, purchasing, operations, supply chain and various other departments to develop processes and improvements to manage forecast for long range planning while also considering current inventory, future required inventory, obsolescence, lead times, product life cycles and production capacity, etc.

Job Description
  • Review sales orders based on delivery requirements.
  • Establishes a level loaded master schedule in accordance with current capacity availability which can be adjusted according to manufacturing availability, future schedule changes, changes, etc.
  • Evaluates reports and all customer schedules for changes and impact to schedule and revenue plan.
  • Acts as the primary liaison between operations, planning, supply chain, program management and various other teams to ensure all are fully aligned with the master production schedule.
  • Monitors and anticipate rate of sale for each type of product/part for sales, including managing safety stocks and customer specific inventories.
  • Analyzes inventory levels necessary to meet projected sales demands.
  • Research past and future sales trends and adjust inventories as needed.
  • Assists with yearly budgeting and forecasting of sales.
  • Improves forecasting tools, procedures and processes through application of innovative ideas and projects to improve turnaround time to customers.
  • Evaluates requirements for changes and capacity constraints.
  • Generates and analyzes reports as needed from the MRP system as well as various other systems and programs.
  • Contributes to team success during work load cycles to ensure on time delivery to customers. Create daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and KPIS as necessary (i.e., MPS Adherence, Output versus Goal, etc.) while providing root cause and corrective actions for any target missed.
  • Assist in any department that requires additional help.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the customers, manufacturing processes and supply chain department companywide.
  • This includes following procedures, work instructions and completing all related documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field.
  • Three (3) or more years of manufacturing, electronics or related customer service experience.

Manufacturing Engineer - Minnesota Facility

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for generating and optimizing manufacturing processes related to electronic assemblies. Duties include developing efficient workflows, integrating advanced automation and testing technologies, and ensuring consistent product quality across high-volume production lines. Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to monitor, analyze, and improve process stability and capability. Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, reduce costs, and enhance throughput while maintaining compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Plays a key role in scaling operations and supporting the delivery of reliable, high-performance electronic products.

Job Description
  • Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies.
  • Ownership of processes such as Solder paste printing, SMT, Reflow Soldering, Hand Soldering, Through-hole insertion, Conformal Coating, Testing and other Assembly operations.
  • Implement and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems to monitor and improve process stability and capability.
  • Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with engineering specifications.
  • Evaluate and integrate automation technologies to enhance production efficiency and reduce manual labor.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and update work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead and support root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related issues and product defects.
  • Lead process validation and qualification activities for new products and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (IPC, JSTD, ISO9001, AS9100 & ISO13485) and customer requirements.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product introductions (NPIs) and design for manufacturability (DFM) reviews.
  • Train production staff on new processes, equipment, and quality standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics or high-tech assembly.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, lean methodologies, and Six Sigma practices.
  • Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
  • Experience with automated assembly equipment, SMT processes, and test systems.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as IPC-A-610, ISO 9001, and RoHS compliance.
  • Master’s degree or advanced certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
  • Experience with ERP systems and MES platforms.
  • Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT) principles.

The Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing electronic components, products, or equipment needed by a company. Their main goal is to ensure that the organization has the right parts at the right time, at the best possible cost, and with the required quality.

Job Description
  • Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers of electronic goods.
  • Price Negotiations: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to get the best deal.
  • Inventory Coordination: Manage inventory levels and forecast needs based on production schedules or market demands. Inventory analysis.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the components or products meet quality standards and technical specifications.
  • Order Processing: Create purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues related to delays or defects.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on trends, new products, pricing changes, and supply chain disruptions.

Requirements

Senior Buyer - Electronics - New Jersey Facility

Under the functional supervision of the Senior Supply Chain Manager, the Senior Buyer will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies for electronic components used in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS). Job Description

Business Development Manager- Fully Remote - Minnesota Facility

Virtex Enterprises is searching for a seasoned EMS Business Development Manager with multiple years of
managing high level global aerospace and defense accounts. Ideally, the best candidate will have at least 10 years of continuous improvement in the EMS industry, working in either a global key account role or global sales operations role, and most importantly - managing high level aerospace and defense accounts and relationships. Additional experience in the medical device/equipment and high reliability industrial segments is a plus. Responsibility for this position will require more than $50mm in identified new opportunity (TAM) by the end of the first year of employment and annually. Key objectives for this role are to develop new customer relationships and continually grow/expand the business. This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Business Development.
